Didn’t use to drive to college on Mondays. Instead, I would take the bus to the subway, and the subway to the Go train. Public transportation was where had I found the most delicious victims. Most unsuspected passengers didn’t seem very happy on the first morning of the workweek and I had my sketchbook out, pencil in hand, capturing the characters that surrounded me. FIlled loads of sketchbooks with a library of expressions that found great use in my cartoons and artwork for years to come.
